Menang Corporation (M) Berhad is a Malaysia-based company that is engaged in investment holding and the provision of management services. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in property development and government development projects. Its segments include Property Development, Concession Arrangements and Investment Holdings. The Property Development segment is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties. The Concession Arrangements segment is engaged in the construction and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure. It has undertaken the planning, design, development, construction, landscaping, equipping, installations, completion, testing and commissioning of the facilities and infrastructure of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) campuses, and to carry out the maintenance works in relation to the maintenance of the facilities and infrastructure. Its concession projects include UiTM Sremban 3, UiTM Puncak Alam and UiTM Nilai.
