Mera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCPK:MRPI) entered into an agreement to acquire All Your Foods USA, Inc on December 12, 2020. Under the transaction All Your Foods USA, Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Mera Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
