Mercialys claims a score of 93/100 in the French Ministry of Labor's benchmark index for gender equality in the workplace for 2023, exceeding the national average for companies with over 50 employees, which stands at 88/100.

Among the various criteria making up the index, the retail property company's indicator for the gap in the rate of individual salary increases is 35/35.

This score of 93/100 echoes the excellent second place obtained last December in the SBF 120 ranking of the number of women in management bodies, for the second year running", emphasizes Elizabeth Blaise, Mercialys's Chief Operating Officer.
