Subject Report on Utilization of Capital Increase

The Stock Exchange of Thailand
According to META Corporation Public Company Limited ("the Company") The Annual General Meeting of Shareholder of Year 2022 held on April 28, 2022 and the Board Meeting of Director No. 3/2022 held on May 13, 2022 have the resolution to issue and allocate 495,352,697 newly issued ordinary shares or not more than 30 percent of the current paid- up capital to support the issuance and offering of newly issued ordinary shares to existing shareholders (Rights Offering) under General Mandate basis and set the May 30, 2022 is the record date of the existing shareholders' name to have the right to be allocated the newly issued ordinary shares (Record Date).
The Company received the capital increase in the amount of 232,800,368.04 Baht (Two hundred and thirty- two million, eight hundred thousand and three hundred and sixty-eight Baht four Satang) as following detailed tables;
