Metalabs Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A090370) announced a private placement of 7,843,131 shares at a price of KRW 3,825 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 29,999,976,075 on May 9, 2018. The transaction will involve participation from Kum Oh Electronics Co., Ltd for 1,307,189 shares, Jieun Lee for 1,307,189 shares, High Consulting Co., Ltd for 869,281 shares and other investors. The securities issued in the transaction are subject to one year hold period. The company will raise funds through third party allotment method. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The transaction will close on May 31, 2018.
