Metalite Resources Inc., formerly RooGold Inc. (RooGold) is a Canada-based junior venture mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the consolidation and exploration of mineralized precious metals properties in this prolific region of Australia. Through its acquisitions of Southern Precious Metals Ltd., RooGold Ltd. and Aussie Precious Metals Corp. properties, the Company has a portfolio of 13 high-grade potential gold (nine) and silver (four) concessions that cover approximately 1,380 square kilometers, and collectively include 137 historic mines and prospects. RooGold also holds interests in Liberia, targeting lithium, rare earth elements (REEs), nickel, cobalt, copper, zinc, and gold with a focus on battery metals. RooGold's nine gold projects include Trilby, Lorne, Malebo, Eastdowns, Bluebell, Solomons, Dingo, Goldstar, and Goldbelt.
