The Food Revolution Group Limited provided further detail on its distribution agreement with wholesale distribution and marketing company Metcash as announced on 2 May 2019. FOD has manufactured more than 500 cartons of juice in three flavours to service the supermarkets operating under the Metcash banner in Victoria, and they are at Metcash's Victorian distribution centre awaiting delivery to stores. FOD's agreement with Metcash has no guaranteed revenues or minimum volumes but if there is strong demand for the Juice Lab products in Victoria, distribution of the juice range may be extended nationally through Metcash supermarket network of nearly 1,700 retail stores across Australia.

The Metcash footprint also comprises 2,700 retail liquor stores and 700 hardware stores, and it generated sales of more than $14 billion in fiscal year 2018. Total revenue generated for FOD under its agreement with Metcash is uncertain at this time, however the deal further extends FOD's strong domestic footprint, with its juice products already available through Woolworths, Aldi and Coles supermarkets as well as other convenience outlets. First orders from Metcash follow FOD's signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with international cross-border e-commerce platform ICC Global Pty Ltd. in April, which will see ICC Global order $8 million of FOD's products by the end of 2020.
