Metro AG entered into an agreement to acquire JOHBECO Group from Litorina V Ab managed by Litorina Capital Advisors AB for approximately €100 million.

Metro AG (XTRA:B4B) entered into an agreement to acquire JOHBECO Group from Litorina V Ab managed by Litorina Capital Advisors AB for approximately €100 million on May 4, 2023. The acquisition includes the Swedish and Finnish subsidiaries of JOHBECO, Johan i Hallen & Bergfalk. The closing of the transaction is expected to occur mid of May 2023.
