Metro AG reported earnings results for the full year ended September 30, 2023. For the full year, the company reported sales was EUR 30,551 million compared to EUR 29,754 million a year ago. Net income was EUR 439 million compared to net loss of EUR 334 million a year ago.
Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 1.21 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of EUR 0.92 a year ago.
