Madrid, 12 September 2023. Metrovacesa, Spain's leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and present in 31 locations, starts the works of the new housing development Residencial Izar in Valencia. The developer announces that the land is being prepared to start the foundations and structure of the building in a few days. The project consists of 98 multi-family dwellings and various communal areas and will be carried out after an investment of close to 23 million euros. The works are expected to be completed in 2025.
Residencial Izar is structured in a building of 98 multi-family dwellings, commercial premises and various communal areas. The residential units have from one to four bedrooms and all of them have a terrace and parking space. The communal areas of the development include landscaped areas, adult and children's swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, children's play area, concierge area and bicycle parking, in line with Metrovacesa's commitment to the environment.
The development is located in the Valencian neighbourhood of Les Moreres, which is positioned as an area of the city with great potential and projection. Just a short distance from the Oceanografic, Les Moreres is an idyllic residential area, which offers green areas and connections for mobility since the recent inauguration of the metro line. It also has a commercial and economic fabric that makes it a very attractive option.
The project has been carried out together with Arqueha Arquitectos, who offer architectural services in Valencia and Barcelona with a team of professionals with extensive experience and recognition in the sector. The design has been carried out under criteria of quality, safety and avant-garde aesthetics. Certain finishes and materials can be customised by future buyers according to their preferences, with a commitment to the habitability and comfort of the homes.
Residencial Izar complies with sustainability standards in line with Metrovacesa's firm commitment to care for the environment. As a result, the development has obtained category B in Energy Consumption standards and A in Emissions. It also has the Green Seal, which qualifies it as a Sustainable Building, and Domun, the developer's own seal of approval. Among others, insulation mechanisms have been designed, environmentally friendly materials have been used and energy-saving lighting systems and supplies have been used.
Strategic area for Metrovacesa
The city of Valencia offers multiple possibilities due to the combination of its city centre and the surrounding coastal area. With economic and commercial activity on the rise and a wide variety of services, the Valencian Community has a great attraction and incentives for all profiles.
