MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. HAS ENTERED INTO

A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH MEDIASET ESPAÑA COMUNICACIÓN, S.A.

AND HAS IMPROVED THE CONSIDERATION OF THE OFFER

On the date hereof, MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. ("MFE") has entered into a cooperation agreement with Mediaset España Comunicación, S.A. ("MES") (the "Cooperation Agreement") concerning the voluntary public tender offer for the acquisition of all the shares of MES, except for the shares that have been locked-up, announced by MFE on 15 March 2022 and authorised by the Spanish Securities Market Commission (the "CNMV") on 26 May 2022 (the "Offer") and, in the context of the mentioned Cooperation Agreement, MFE has decided to improve the consideration of the Offer.
