G.I.BLUE CO., Ltd (KOSE:A032790) agreed to acquire remaining 40% stake in Weihai Chengyu Toner Cartridges Co., Ltd. for KRW 1.3 billion in cash on June 18, 2013. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of G.I.BLUE CO. on June 18, 2013. The transaction is expected to be completed on June 24, 2013.
