Yifeng Yinli Lithium Battery New Energy Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue common shares for gross proceeds of CNY40 million on January 10, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Mianyang Fulin Precision Co.,Ltd. by investing CNY 10 million and returning investor, Jiangxi Jiangte Mining Development Co., Ltd. by investing CNY 30 million.
