MicroStrategy Incorporated Appoints Phong Le as Chief Operating Officer

On June 22, 2018, the Board of Directors of MicroStrategy Incorporated appointed Phong Le to serve as the Company's Chief Operating Officer. In this new role, Mr. Le will be responsible for coordinating cross-department operations and overseeing critical business activities, including sales and services proposals, with an emphasis on the execution of the Company's strategic corporate programs. In addition to his new responsibilities as the Company's Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Le will continue to serve as the Company's Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Le will continue to report to Michael Saylor, the Company's Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Le has served as the Company's Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer since August 2015. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Le served as the chief financial officer of XO Communications.
