The Management Board of Midas S.A. (the 'Company') announces that the sole shareholder holding
at least 5 per cent of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (OGM) held on 24 June 2015 was the company Litenite Limited with its registered office in Nicosia, Cyprus, which was entitled to 976,542,690 votes from the shares it held, which constituted
97.89 per cent of the votes at the GMS and 65.9975 per cent of the total number of votes in the Company.
