MidCap Financial Investment Corporation Announces the Resignation of Amit Joshi as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

On June 2, 2023, Amit Joshi, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of MidCap Financial Investment
Corporation (the Company"), notified the Company of his intention to resign. Mr. Joshi will continue to serve
as the Company's Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for a period of time to transition his
responsibilities to other members of the Company's finance department.
