American Core Sectors Dividend Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end investment trust. The investment objectives of the Fund are to provide unitholders with stable monthly cash distributions, and enhance long-term total return through capital appreciation of the Fund's investment portfolio. The Fund invests in a diversified, actively managed portfolio consisting primarily of dividend-paying securities with a focus on the United States consumer, financials, industrials and information technology sectors. The Fund's investment portfolio includes investments in various industry sectors, such as consumer staples, technology, consumer discretionary, healthcare, materials and telecommunication service. Middlefield Limited is the manager of the Fund. Middlefield Capital Corporation (MCC) is the advisor of the Fund.
