Midland Holdings Limited Announces the Resignation of Cheung Kam Shing as an Executive Director and A Member of the Executive Committee

The board of directors of Midland Holdings Limited announced that Mr. CHEUNG Kam Shing has resigned as an Executive Director and a member of the Executive Committee of the Company and from his responsibilities of the China division with effect from 28 December 2023 due to his other engagements. Mr. CHEUNG will act as a
consultant serving the Group after his resignation.
