Certain Class B Shares of Midsona AB (publ) are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 22-NOV-2021. These Class B Shares will be under lockup for 90 days starting from 24-AUG-2021 to 22-NOV-2021.

In addition, persons in the Company?s board of directors and management have agreed to, with customary exceptions and given that the Transaction is executed, not to sell any shares in the Company for a period of 90 calendar days from the settlement day.
