Prior to the directed share issue there were 67,741,409 shares in the Company, corresponding to the same number of votes. The directed share issue entails an increase by 1,658,536 shares and votes in the Company. As of today, there are 69,399,945 shares and votes in the Company.
Further, the resolutions of the extraordinary general meeting on authorizations for the board of directors regarding a directed issue of convertible bonds and one or more issues of shares with or without deviation from the shareholders’ preferential rights, as well as the resolution to amend the articles of association, have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
