Miko International Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Wong Heng Choon has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director, the chairman and member of the audit committee and a member of the nomination committee of the Company with effect from 14 March 2016 in order to devote more time on his other personal matters and commitments.
