Milkyway Chemical Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603713) entered into an agreement to acquire Shanghai Chemicals Automobile Transportation Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Jiaoyun Rihong International Logistics Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 200 million on November 22, 2021. Shanghai Chemicals Automobile reported total assets of CNY 78.01 million and total owner's equity of CNY 48.04 million as of July 31, 2021. This transaction has been unanimously reviewed and approved at the fifth meeting of the company's eighth board of directors.
