Mills Estruturas e Servi?os de Engenharia S.A. (BOVESPA:MILS3) agreed to acquire SK Rental Locacao de Equipmentos Ltda from SKC and SK Rental Internacional for BRL 89.1 million on April 9, 2021. As of November 4, 2021, the transaction was approved by CADE. Mauricio Paschoal, Felipe Gibson, Alessandra Cony, Jos?
