On January 15, 2020, Naver Financial Corporation closed the transaction. The transaction included participation from Mirae Asset Daewoo Co., Ltd., Investment Arm for 214,477 common shares and 149,750 convertible preferred shares, Mirae Asset Capital Co,Ltd., Investment Arm for 26,810 convertible preferred shares, Mirae Asset Life Insurance Co., Ltd. for 26,810 convertible preferred shares, and Mirae Asset Fund Services Co., Ltd. for 10,724 convertible preferred shares.
