MIRAIT ONE Corporation (TSE:1417) entered into agreement to acquire Kokusai Kogyo Co., Ltd. from Geo Holdings, L.P. and others for ¥45.5 billion on November 10, 2023. Kokusai Kogyo will become a consolidated subsidiary of MIRAIT ONE as a result of this acquisition. Kokusai Kogyo reported net assets of ¥17 billion, total assets of ¥51.2 billion, net sales of ¥49.6 billion and operating income ¥2.9 billion on March 31, 2023.
The transaction is expected to close on December 22, 2023.
