Mitre Mining Corporation Limited (ASX:MMC) entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire Los Domos Project from Southern Gold SpA and Equus Patagonia SpA for AUD 0.05 million on December 1, 2023. Equus regulatory and shareholder approval, the parties obtaining all necessary third party consents, authorizations and approvals. Completion is expected to occur January 2024.
