(Nasdaq: CMKG), an alternative marketing and media communications agency, today reported that on January 13, 2010 it received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market notifying the Company that due to its continued non-compliance with the public filing requirements set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), trading of the Company's Common Stock would be suspended from The Nasdaq Capital Market at the opening of business on January 22, 2010 unless the Company files an appeal with Nasdaq.

However, because the Company became current in its reporting obligations with the SEC today by filing its past due Annual Report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year ended March 31, 2009, and Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for its first and second fiscal quarters ended June 30, 2009 and September 30, 2009, Nasdaq's delisting notice has been repealed, and the Company's Common Stock will continue to trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
