MLP Saglik Hizmetleri A.S. (IBSE:MPARK) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 20,803,720 shares, representing 10% of it's issued capital, for a total of TL 650 million. The purpose of the program is to support healthy price formation and to offer shareholders an attractive long-term investment opportunity.

The program is subject to shareholders approval in the General Assembly.
