An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire Suzhou Daedong Automotive Electrics Technical Center Co., Ltd from Daedong Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A012860) for KRW 2.6 billion on January 20, 2015. The Board of Directors of Suzhou Daedong Automotive Electrics resolved for the deal. The deal is expected to close on April 20, 2015.
