MOBIIS CO., LTD. Mobiis Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A250060) entered into a letter of intent to acquire JAR Systems Co., Ltd on January 20, 2022. Mobiis Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A250060) agreed to acquire JAR Systems Co., Ltd on January 21, 2022. The merger ratio is 1: 90.5062897.
Post completion JAR Systems Co., Ltd will no longer exit and , Mobiis Co., Ltd. will remain as a surviving company, and there will be no change in the largest shareholder. All employees of JAR Systems Co., Ltd., the merged corporation as of the date of merger, become employees of Mobiis. Transaction is expected to close on January 21, 2022.
