	Zain Jordan announces the signing of an agreement with the
	Jordanian government regarding the extension of the company's
Material Information	existing spectrum licenses for an additional 10 years, which entails
	financial savings of the equivalent of USD 160 million, in addition
	to attaining the fifth generation 5G license for a period of 25 years.
	The company expects this agreement to have a positive impact on
	its position however it cannot be determined at the moment.
