Bach Hoa Xanh Technology and Investment Joint Stock Company announced that it will issue 1,389,000,000 common shares at a price of VND 10,000 per share to receive VND 13,890,000,000,000 in an equity round of funding on May 23, 2022. The company will close the transaction in May 2022. The transaction included participation from returning investor Mobile World Investment Corporation.
The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the investor.
