Modern Land (China) Co., Limited reported unaudited sales results for the month and ten months ended 31 October 2021. In October 2021, contracted sales of the Group amounted to approximately RMB 1,021.47 million, of which, contracted sales of properties amounted to approximately RMB 979.61 million, whereas contracted sales of car parking spaces amounted to approximately RMB 41.86 million. GFA sold for properties was approximately 100,065 sq.m., with an average selling price of approximately RMB 9,790 per sq.m. For the ten months ended 31 October 2021, contracted sales of the Group amounted to approximately RMB 34,565.61 million, of which, contracted sales of properties amounted to approximately RMB 34,008.81 million, whereas contracted sales of car parking spaces amounted to approximately RMB 556.80 million. Gross floor area ("GFA") sold for properties was approximately 3,380,791 square metres (" sq.m. "), with an average selling price of approximately RMB 10,059 per sq.m.
