Mogul Energy International, Inc. (OTCPK:MGUY) acquired Florida Beauty Flora, Inc, Florida Beauty Express, Inc, Floral Logistics of California, Inc. and Tempest Transportation, Inc. on December 16, 2022. As consideration, MGUY exchanged 10,000 shares of a new class of preferred stock and 350 million shares of common stock for 100% of the Flora companies. Upon the acquisition of Flora group of companies, Ronen Koubi, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Flora companies, became the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of MGUY. Steven Siegel, formerly Chief Executive Officer, President and director of MGUY has resigned.
