MMI Holdings Limited agreed to acquire CareCross Health Group from CareCross Holdings, Oasis Fund, a fund managed by Bamboo Finance S.à.r.l, Ditikeni Investment Company Limited and other shareholders for ZAR 300 million.

MMI Holdings Limited (JSE:MMI) agreed to acquire CareCross Health Group from CareCross Holdings, Oasis Fund, a fund managed by Bamboo Finance S.à.r.l, Ditikeni Investment Company Limited and other shareholders for ZAR 300 million on June 18, 2014. The transaction is subject to relevant regulatory approval. As of November 21, 2014, Competition Commission has approved the transaction.
