Moncler : Director's resignation

MONCLER S.P.A. DIRECTOR'S RESIGNATION

Milan, 20 March, 2019- Moncler S.p.A. ("Moncler" or the "Company") announces that Juan Carlos Torres Carretero, non-Executive Director of the Company, has submitted his resignation with immediate effect from the office of Director, due to other professional commitments.

Juan Carlos Torres Carretero was not a member of any Committee and, based on the information currently available to the Company, controls Acamar S.r.l. which, through Ruffini Partecipazioni S.r.l., holds a shareholding equal to 0.58% of Moncler' share capital.
