Milan, 23 March 2015 - Moncler S.p.A. informs that the notice of call of the ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 23 April 2015 is available as of today on the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, section Governance / Shareholders' Meeting) as well as at "1Info" on www.1info.it, and will be published, as an abstract, on the newspaper "Milano Finanza" on 24 March 2015.
Today also the reports on items no. 3 and 4 on the agenda of the ordinary part and the full text of relevant proposals for resolution, the information document about the stock option plan drafted pursuant to art. 84-bis of the Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999, together with an information on the share capital amount and the form to be used for voting by proxy have been made available at the Company registered offices, on the Company website (www.monclergroup.com, section Governance / Shareholders' Meeting) as well as at the
mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "1Info" on www.1info.it.
Further documents regarding the Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to the public in the way and within the terms provided for by the applicable law.
