Tomáš Pardubický resigned from the Supervisory Board of MONETA Money Bank

Tomáš Pardubický, CEO of FINEP HOLDING, has decided to resign from the Supervisory Board of MONETA Money Bank.
"A significant shareholder of MONETA has decided to exercise its right to nominate a candidate for a position on the Supervisory Board. After a short discussion with my colleagues, I have decided to resign from all positions on the Supervisory Board," Tomáš Pardubický explained his decision.
Tomáš Pardubický has been a member of MONETA Money Bank's Supervisory Board and its Risk Management and Remuneration Committees since October 2017. He started his professional career in banking, served as CEO of eBanka, worked at the international consulting company PwC and at Komerční banka. Since 2007, he has worked at FINEP, one of the leading property development companies in the Czech Republic.
The resignation of Tomáš Pardubický has already been accepted by the company's Supervisory Board with effect from 24 April 2023. The General Meeting, which has been convened for 25 April 2023, will decide on how to fill the vacant position.
