(Alliance News) - Monnalisa Spa announced Wednesday that CEO, Christian Simoni, will also be investor relations manager as of June 15.
Simoni will replace Stefano Paoletti, who resigned to pursue new professional opportunities.
Monnalisa's stock is up 4.0 percent to EUR2.58 per share.
