Morguard Corporation (TSX:MRC) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 540,661 shares, representing 5% of its issued share capital. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

The bid will expire on September 21, 2024. As at September 13, 2023, the company had 10,813,224 outstanding common shares.
