Intrum Capital AS entered into an agreement to acquire Portfolio of Norwegian Non Performing Consumer Loans, Credit Card Loans and Point of Sales Financing from Komplett Bank ASA (OB:KOMP) for NOK 700 million on May 4, 2022. The transaction is expected to completed by Q2 2022.
