The Board also approved early termination of powers of Vladimir Vlasov as Mostotrest CEO, as Mr. Vlasov prepares to assume a new position at Roads & Bridges JSC.

Earlier in the year, the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting (EGSM) held in May 2020 decided to press ahead with restructuring of Mostotrest, due to the establishment, with the participation of VEB.RF State Corporation, of NatProjectStroy Group of Companies JSC, in line with the ambitious government goal of creating the largest national infrastructure holding company capable of implementing intensive infrastructure development projects in Russia.

In accordance with the EGSM decision, Roads & Bridges Joint-Stock Company was spun off from Mostotrest with a significant share of Mostotrest property, facilities and labour resources, as well as Mostotrest creditor and debtor-related rights, obligations and liabilities. The state registration of Roads & Bridges JSC, set to become a member of NatProjectStroy Group of Companies JSC, was completed in October 2020.

Meanwhile, Mostotrest remains an independent standalone entity and pursues its market operations, specializing in the construction of engineered and other transport infrastructure facilities.
