MOSTOTREST Vyacheslav Prikhodko, an independent director, Chairman of the Board of the MADI Development Fund, professor at the MADI Department of Technology of Construction Materials, has been elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mostotrest PJSC. In addition, members of the Board at their first meeting have approved the new Board member and Head of Mostotrest Judicial and Administrative Practice Department Pavel Dobryakov as Deputy Chairman of the Mostotrest Board of Directors, and Larisa Goltsman as Corporate Secretary.
The following independent directors have been elected to the Audit Committee: Maria Karelina (Head of the Audit Committee), Sergei Evtyukov and Valentin Silyanov.Attachments
