MOTA-ENGIL INFORMS ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT OF THE SECRETARY OF THE
COMPANY FOR THE THREE-YEAR PERIOD 2024-2026
Under the terms and for the purposes of the applicable legislation, MOTA-ENGIL, S.G.P.S., S.A. hereby informs that, by resolution of the Board of Directors, at the meeting held on April 18, 2024, it was appointed as Secretary of the Company (for the three year period 2024-2026) Mrs. Ivone Santos Martins. Furthermore, we inform that Mrs. Patrícia Santos has been appointed as Alternate Secretary of the Company.

- Mota-Engil Mext: unit responsible for differentiated areas such as Real Estate, Agroforestry Production and Energy. It also aims to strengthen investment in innovation and accelerate global transformation;
- Concessions: Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. operates, through Lineas and its subsidiaries, a network of some 2,500 km of roads and freeways, including the two bridges of the city of Lisbon. The business extends to international markets, mainly in Latin America.
