MotorCycle Holdings Limited is an Australia-based motorcycle dealership and accessories company. The Companyâs core business consists of the ownership and operation of motorcycle dealerships, engaging in the sale of new motorcycles, used motorcycles, accessories and parts, finance, insurance, and mechanical protection plans and services. It imports and distributes a range of motorcycle parts and accessories to retail customers throughout Australia and the Company. It has approximately 700 dealerships across Australia, with three operators (excluding the Company). It has relationships with various motorcycle manufacturers, such as BMW, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Indian, Kawasaki, KTM, Kymco, Suzuki, Triumph, Yamaha and other manufacturers. The Company has approximately 41 outlets, 39 retail and three wholesale, operated from the dealership and retail accessory locations in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory in Australia and also New Zealand.
