INCENTIVE SCHEME (2018 AWARDS)
In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 (both inclusive) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited ("JSE"), the following information is disclosed:
On the SAR exercise date, the appreciation in each SAR is calculated by deducting the grant price from the exercise price ("Appreciation Value"). This exercise price is the volume weighted average market price (VWAP) of a Motus share of the two business days immediately preceding the exercise date. Following the exercise of the SAR, the participant receives Motus shares from the Company equal to the Appreciation Value.
