Canna-Life Corporation cancelled the acquisition of Isabelle, Pueblo, and Madison Street properties in Colorado from Deep Blue Enterprises, LLC.

Canna-Life Corporation signed a letter agreement to acquire Isabelle, Pueblo, and Madison Street properties in Colorado from URSource Holdings, Inc. for $15.5 million on February 12, 2014. Canna-Life Corporation will pay $3 million for Madison Street property, $6.5 million for Isabelle property and $6 million for Pueblo property. The transaction is subject to due diligence investigation and signing of a definitive agreement. On March 20, 2014, URSource Holdings transferred the rights to the properties to New Alternatives Consulting LLC. On March 20, 2014, New Alternatives Consulting transferred the rights to the properties to Deep Blue Enterprises, LLC. Canna-Life Corporation signed a definitive agreement to acquire Isabelle, Pueblo, and Madison Street properties in Colorado from Deep Blue Enterprises, LLC for $12.5 million on April 30, 2014.

Canna-Life Corporation cancelled the acquisition of Isabelle, Pueblo, and Madison Street properties in Colorado from Deep Blue Enterprises, LLC in August 2014. The monies paid to Deep Blue during the due diligence period are unrecoverable from Deep Blue and have been written off as of September 30, 2014.
