Moya Holdings Asia Limited wins a tender to operate and maintain a water supply system in Batam, Indonesia during transition period of six months. The Board announced that PTMI had on 14 September 2020 signed a cooperation agreement with BP Batam in relation to the Project, whereby PTMI will manage on behalf of BP Batam, the operation and maintenance of water supply system in Batam during transition period of six months starting from 15 November 2020 till 14 May 2021. The scope of the Project consists of the following: to operate and maintain six water treatment plants, together with the facilities and distribution pipe network, to ensure continuous clean water supply to customers of BP Batam; to manage NRW (non-revenue water) based on the level agreed with BP Batam; to manage the billing system and meter reading; to provide customer service, including managing customer information system; to manage human resources for the operation of water supply system; and to provide capital expenditure (on a reimbursable basis) and operating expenditure on the Project. The Project is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2020.
