mPay signed a letter of intent with the Ukrainian lender Universal Bank JSC regarding the planned cooperation. The basic premise of the cooperation is the implementation of fast transfers to Ukraine. mPay is to be tasked with creating a dedicated remittance system for Universal Bank.
It is to be based on the operation of a master account to which technical accounts - each with an individual bank account number - will be linked, which in turn will identify individual customers.
