MPOWER Financing, Public Benefit Corporation agreed to acquire Certain assets of its IONM business from Assure Holdings Corp. for $4.5 million.

MPOWER Financing, Public Benefit Corporation agreed to acquire Certain assets of its IONM business from Assure Holdings Corp. (NasdaqCM:IONM) for $4.5 million on March 11, 2024. The consideration consists of $2.50 million in cash and $2 million to be paid in relation to a potential earnout payment.

The transaction initial closing will occur on or around March 22, 2024.
